General conditions of purchase
Items selected from those in this site's virtual catalogue can be purchased under the following conditions.

Order acceptance / Contract conclusion.

The purchase of the requested items will be completed through the following phases:

1) By placing an order, the Customer sends VintageApartment SRL a proposal to purchase the selected product(s). Submitting a purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Article 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from VintageApartment SRL as described below, which are intended exclusively for the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

2) VintageApartment SRL confirms receipt of the order sent by the Customer by email, assigning a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with VintageApt

3) The customer has 24 hours from placing the order online to notify VintageApartment SRL of any cancellation by sending a written request containing the order number to the following email address: vintagesrl@outlook.it. In any case, VintageApartment SRL will verify the actual availability of the goods in stock and, if unavailable, will send the customer an email.

4) If the order is confirmed, VintageApt will arrange for the shipment, sending an email containing the name of the carrier used and the tracking code of the package.

Delivery methods and costs
VintageApt will deliver the purchased products via express courier as quickly as possible. The express courier will deliver, within the timeframe required depending on the destination of the goods (*), to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for purchases outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for import taxes, which vary depending on the country.

Applicable law
The sales contract between the customer and VintageApartment SRL is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.
